Bill Gates resigns from Microsoft Requested

Reuters sources did not disclose the exact name of the third investor .Gates is the founder and former CEO of Microsoft . He is the largest individual shareholder in Microsoft , which has about 4.5 percent of the 277 billion shares of the company .The third investor Gates was worried role as chairman will hamper the implementation of the new strategy and a new CEO will limit the power of Microsoft to make significant changes . They also worry Gates too long to spend time in one of the highest position in Microsoft .However , according to a Reuters report , so far there is no indication of the board of directors will consider the proposal of the three investors .Gates down from the post of CEO of Microsoft and entrust the company led by Steve Ballmer in 2000 .
